From there, we can recommend the best next step, whether that is online programming, private personal training, HYROX training, or pre and postpartum fitness support.

  • 1832 Fitness offers personalized online programming, private personal training, HYROX training, strength training, functional fitness training, conditioning training, Olympic weightlifting coaching, CrossFit-style training, general nutrition guidance, and pre and postpartum fitness coaching.

  • 1832 Fitness partners with Ephrata Strength and Conditioning in Lititz, Pennsylvania, to provide in-person private coaching and training services. This gives clients access to a functional fitness gym environment with strength equipment, cardio equipment, and specialty equipment for performance-based training.

  • No. 1832 Fitness private coaching clients do not need an Ephrata Strength and Conditioning membership to train in person with 1832 Fitness.

  • No. 1832 Fitness works with beginners, busy adults, former athletes, moms, and performance-minded clients at different fitness levels. Your coaching or programming will be built around your current ability, goals, schedule, and training experience.

  • Yes. 1832 Fitness offers personalized online programming for clients who want structure, accountability, and coaching without needing to meet in person. Online programming is built around your goals, schedule, equipment access, and current fitness level.

  • Online programming with 1832 Fitness is $150 per 4 weeks. This includes personalized workout programming, structure, and coaching support to help you train with a clear plan instead of guessing what to do each week.

  • Private personal training is billed every 4 weeks.

    1 session per week: $240 every 4 weeks
    2 sessions per week: $440 every 4 weeks
    3 sessions per week: $600 every 4 weeks
    5 sessions per week: $950 every 4 weeks

    A one-time Private Coaching Discovery Session is also available for $75.

  • Yes. 1832 Fitness offers HYROX-style training, classes, and programming for athletes and everyday adults who want to build strength, endurance, and race-specific fitness. HYROX training includes running, sled work, rowing, SkiErg, carries, lunges, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and conditioning under fatigue.

    1832 Fitness HYROX classes are currently held on Saturdays at 9:00 AM at Ephrata Strength and Conditioning in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Non-members and guests can attend for a $10 drop-in. ESC members can attend using a class credit.
